The doctor and nurses would openly talk about and mock patients so they could here it. They were liars and very unprofessional in every way.
After a procedure, I continued to have severe bleeding for over 3 months and the doctor REFUSED to see me and told me to see my primary doctor. The primary would call them back because they did the procedure. The doctor NEVER examined me or helped me in any way, even though they scheduled 3 appts that I had to drive over an hour to get to, pay for and then be treated like a dog. I left there crying each time and humiliated by a doctor that seemed more interesting in having sex with his nurse than doing his job. Another doctor ended up doing emergency surgery to fix what he had messed up and refused to touch after the procedure. Unless you want to be mistreated, this office and Dr. Scow is a joke!

Dr. Horn didn't answer ANY of my questions. I question how she got her degree. She either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though she had my information right in front of her, I kept having to explain it and remind her why I was there. The whole visit was a huge waste of my time if she wasn't going to do anything but type on her computer with her back to us the whole visit.
I feel she treated me and my daughter this way because we are on medicaid. She told us we should have just went to the heatlh department for these services. We will NOT be back!
