They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
