They used to be great, affordable and helpful. The past two years it seems the offer the most expensive treatment as the only option. One dog of our had blood in his urine and first the tested urine and sent us home with an antibiotic and pain killers, then we came back when that didn't work, paid another office visit, got X-rays and were told only about surgery as an option for bladder stones for over $600. I talked to a friend and apparently this is normally a $350 surgery, and most pets can be cleared up with food changes. I tried to order the food which requires a script online and when they called the doctor to authorize it, she said she doesn't authorize online orders, we could order through their website, which we tried but we could never get it to work and the staff was zero help. Very very frustrated with them, going elsewhere. This is just one example of several of how this place turned into a money pit.

Pet owner beware!!! The clinic has a good reputation...but my dogs went in for boarding in healthy conditions, and both came home sicker than they have ever been. I've never experienced a reaction like that before. The clinic admitted to a Parvo outbreak!!! --but they did not communicate this to pet owners who had their animals boarded there during the outbreak. I found out about the Parvo Outbreak when *I* called the vet to tell them how sick my dogs were. We are not going back.
