We love Spring Valley Animal Hospital! After I purchased an 8-week old Great Pyrenees, I knew how important it would be to find a great Veterinarian. It was equally important to find a hospital that our puppy Leena could grow with through vet care, boarding, and grooming all in the same place! We definitely found that at Spring Valley Animal Hospital. The Receptionist couldn't have been any more helpful and pleasant - the Dr and Tech were wonderful and patient with her, and answered all of my questions and addressed concerns - the Groomer was also top notch. Leena came out looking like a million bucks and smelled fantastic, without breaking the bank :)

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
