About

Mark Ingram, Dr.

What we believe about HOLISTIC animal care at Franklin Road Animal Hospital...

WE BELIEVE THAT ALLERGIES, CANCER, ARTHRITIS AND CHRONIC DISEASES ARE PREVENTABLE AND CURABLE!

Nutrition is paramount to health and low vet bills. We recommend raw foods whenever possible, but we also show clients what to look for in a quality kibble, and suggest nutritional supplements according to needs.

WE DO NOT LIKE TO OVER-VACCINATE... Vaccines are not always needed and should be tailored to exposure risks. We suggest checking titers. We encourage your pet's body to self heal by utilizing herbs, vitamins, minerals, detoxification and chiropractic care. However, conventional therapies will be used and supported where indicated.

We principally treat arthritis, allergies, back problems, disc blowout (paralysis), toxicities, inflammatory bowel diseases, chronic vomiting and diarrhea, skin and ear conditions, heart conditions, kidney and liver failure, cancer, and other chronic conditions that have not been resolved elsewhere.

However, we still perform basic annual health exams for clients that have been with us over 30 years as well as new members of our FRAH family. Our practice has about a 200 mile radius, but we also do long distance phone consultations and diagnostics. We are able to discern much about an animal with their DNA.

It is easy to make an appointment. Please phone during regular business hours. Mon. Wed. Fri. 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Thursday open late from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Closed Tues. Sat. Sunday.

We are happy to take care of all your pet's needs, and often adjust our schedule to accommodate patients dealing with life-threatening illnesses so we can see them as quickly as possible.

Since taking note of the correlation over the last 6 years every case of cancer we've treated has food allergies. Over the last year we have seen the same correlation in paralyzed dogs and anterior cruciate tears.

When comparing Dr. Ingram to others I have visited for the same condition, he is among the best I have seen. I felt very safe in his care. I definitely trust Dr.Ingram. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, he takes time out of his day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. He is extremely reliable. It was nice to hear how much his office manger respected him. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
Awesome vet who will tell you like it is, if he can't help you he will refer you to someone who can that he respects.
His "bedside" manner is the best (other than Dr. "Van" retired) I have ever encountered.
I will travel across two counties to bring my pets to him! He is worth the extra drive.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
