O NOT GO TO BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL. Without being given advance notice, I was just told that they have a new policy to cancel appointments if you are 5 minutes late. Dang, I sat that long on Two Notch trying to turn left to get there. I've been a client there for 10 years. I asked to speak to the manager and there's not even one there today. No, I'm not rescheduling. I'm finding another vet. I spent 30 minutes on the phone in their parking lot trying to reach someone with corporate to see if I could get it resolved and get Joey in. Finally got a live person but their stupid phone system had transferred me to billing incorrectly. She transferred me to Customer Advocacy Team where I got a VM saying they were having a team meeting and it hung up. Didn't even give me the option to leave a message. While I was on hold in the parking lot for a total of 30 minutes, I sent an email to every place on Banfield's site I could send an email. Gave up and headed home. On way, finally got aholdof someone on the CAT. She was not allowed to confirm or deny the 5 minutes late policy and all she could do was forward my info to the hospital and the hospital area manager and I would hear back in 3 to 5 business days. So I told her I was not going back to Banfield (after 10 yrs) and wanted to cancel my Wellness Plan. More holding. Finally talked to them and dang if I don't have to pay for 2 more months even though I'm not going back there.
