I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
