As long as you stay a customer there, they are super sweet. Dr. Ben over corrected my back (which sent me into so much pain that when someone rubbed my back I had sharp pains throughout my body), when I went to cancel further appointments with him they were extremely rude and then failed to file ANYTHING with my insurance company. EXTREMELY UN-PROFESSIONAL. I will NO longer recommend them to anymore friends and family, especially when there are other GREAT chiropractors in Randolph County.

I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
