I requested a refill of Rimadyl for my dog (60 chewable tablets). I received half the number of tablets (30) at the expense of being charged for 60 NON-GENERIC tablets. I was also sent the generic f orm of this medication and was charged $66.01. I did NOT request the generic form for Rimadyl. When I tried to call and discuss this situation, the front desk secretary (Jamie) was extremely rude, disrespectful, and belligerent to the point that I could not discuss a resolution to this problem NOR GET THE NEEDED MEDICATION FOR MY DOG. She simply stated, "Just send the medication back and I will issue a full refund." I could not even get a sentence out before she hung up on me. VERY RUDE AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE TO ASSOCIATE MY ANIMALS WITH!! I will pay twice the price somewhere else!
I have taken my animals there several times, the vet is the only reason I go. He is compassionate and cares about the animals and is very informative. The front desk; not so much, seems impatient if y ou ask to many questions. Everything that goes on in the front office reflects on the staff in the back, sadly.
