They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
