While dr thorn is a good vet, the prices are stupid expensive. I have been to a lot of vets and this one is the worst at doing things without asking first then charging as well as wanting to charge an office visit if its been more than 3 months. I prefer the vet to drain my dogs glads but a 35 dollar office visit charge on top of the actual cost of the procedure is why I am going to another vet.

 Their number one goal is upsell. They just do things without asking then charge you. I continued to take my vomiting lethargic dog to them over and over, twice a month for six months. They continued to treat her for a "bug" with expensive antibiotics and IV fluids. At least $250 a visit.  I finally figured out she had a food allergy, and when that was suggested the vet did not even take it into consideration. After changing foods, shes fine. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They were caring, but are very worried about making a buck
