Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. It has never crossed my mind to take my pets anywhere else due to their outstanding ability to perform any basic as well as complicated procedures. Their level of knowledge and experience is unlike any other vet I have ever been to.

My puppy was stepped on and had a broken leg. I was told by emergency vet that she had to have surgery. I called my vet, he wouldnt even look at her x-rays. When i called Animal Medical Center, they got me an imediate appointment, same day! After meeting with the vet, i was sold! He not only took time from his hectic schedule to re-examin my puppy, but he called me with several options available. The most important one being that my puppy didnt have to have surgery!! The office staff were extremly helpful, and the vet was so very kind! From the time he seen my puppy he went into immediate action! I will be using this vet as my primary vet from now on!!!!
