Their receptionist is an asshole. My mother called this morning asking for an emergency appointment for her dog who has been throwing up for 2 days straight, and the receptionist didn't attempt to help at all. She said no we have no openings. My mother asked what she should do, and the receptionist responded: Take him someplace else. No actual reccomendation, she did not put my mother on hold to ask the vet what she thinks, just no, take him some place else. I had a very similar experience with the receptionist. She does not care about the animals or their owners. She is awful and rude. This vet is wonderful, but should hire a better person to handle her customers.
When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection. It's such a great place. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well.
