I was excited after reading all these reviews online so I called the Beesley Animal clinic. I got a receptionist, and as expected, I asked her about getting my puppy neutered. I was on the phone for less than 1 minute before I finally hung up on the woman. The lady was very offended to have to even talk on the phone, and she was extremely rude. I am a very patient and nice person so I definitely didn't say anything to offend her. In fact, I barely had a chance to say anything at all! It was bizaar. I will not spend any money where the receptionists (who are paid to answer phones and speak with people) are upset to have to do their jobs. I wish that I got this lady's name because she was absolutely offensive and hateful. I have never felt compelled to write a review on anything before, but she was out of line. If she can chase business off like that in less than a minute then it won't take them long to go broke. If I felt like wasting my time on such things, I would call back and ask to speak with management just to do them a favor. I am sure there are nice people at this place so it is a shame that they are at the mercy of the hateful lady who answered the phone when I called.
They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me and my pet feel cared for. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
