They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. i felt that i was grossly over charged, when we returned for a recheck i was again charged. i have never been charged for a recheck for myself or for a pet. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
