Dr Napp is a horrible person and incompetent vet. She allowed my dog to die in horrific pain in the back of my car. we waited 51 minutes in there parking lot (21 minutes after his appointment) two other clients went in and beg for her to come out hearing my dog howl in pain. when she finally came out my dog had died in my arms she showed no remorse at all not even saying "Iam sorry " nothing at all. This used to be a great hospital when Dr Dodd was there. be aware there are many clients that have terrible experience with Dr Napp.

was an alright visit till one of the employes carried my pet out like a sack of potatoes as if thy didnt care. wasnt very happy
