They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. There have been several times I have been on hold for ten minutes or more. They eventually call me back at some point the same day. And, the reception staff do try their hardest to get you in on the same day. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never used foul language. They're usually polite and courteous. Several of the Doctors are wonderful (Dr. Kristina Duarte especially) and I have had 2 experiences with less than desirable ones.
