Both Dr Garrett and Dr Amber are very caring as well as their staff offer top of the line care to those of us that love their pets as part of the family. I am taking 3 small dogs to them and both myself and my husband are satisfied and impressed with the care they receive at this facility. We have also boarded our pets at their boarding facility next door and care there was top notch also. Thank you so much for your love of our fur babies!!

On our first night here my niece accidentally opened our front door and out shot our deaf Boston Terrier. In a new state and a new home, plus his preponderance for taking off (and you can't call a deaf dog), we were distraught. It was late at night and our dog was mostly black. We drove to town the next morning to see if anyone had found or reported Fast Eddie. I was a mess. The receptionist at the Animal Hospital of Campbell County took several minutes and listed to our story, told us where to check, and gave me her own number in case I needed anything. From then on, we've taken our rescue dogs and our own dogs to Dr. Garrett's office. He's the only vet in town who has his home number listed in the phone book. When another dog had his first seizure, I called Dr. Garrett even though it was after hours. I don't abuse that kindness and caring but the staff have been there for us for six years. I volunteered at a vet in Florida--a very smart vet. Dr. Garrett works closely with UTK and understands the needs of some of us to have a more complex conversation about our animals. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I highly recommend this group of very caring professionals who each go out of their way to support families who love their pets.
