They don't care enough to treat very serious diagnoses as serious, everything is routine, days pass, tumors grow, no info is provided on tests, xrays, you simply wait until they get around to things. Again, the urgent is treated as routine. I think this borders on mal-practice. Perhaps they'd be better at roofing, or storm doors, something where a patient's life is not hanging in the balance.
