She purchased the veterinary hospital in 2000. Since then the business has grown considerably. Dr Hammond expanded the business in 2005. Adding a boarding facility and grooming suite. Dr Hammond provides services such as digital radiology, laser surgery, orthopedic surgery, dentistry, emergency care, boarding, grooming, all with a warm friendly demeanor.

Crystal is an amazing vet and will provide excellent care for all animals. She is not the most personable vet but an awesome vet.

We cannot recommend this clinic or Dr. Hammond due to the fact that we lost a cat that had acquired diabetes and were not instructed as to the proper use of insulin resulting in the cat's death.

Dr Hammond was negligent in making sure we the owners knew how to administer and thoroughly mix the insulin solution.

Our cat (7 yrs. old) went through all of his 9 lives in one month.
It was an ordeal I will never forget.

To top it off, after I requested a conversation with Dr Hammond she very rudely and loudly told me that I was no longer welcome there.
This after picking up our cat's ashes as she had to put him to sleep due to kidney failure probably from advanced, untreated diabetes.

So, after all of the money spent and the long hours of worry over our beloved pet, we have come to the conclusion that Dr. Hammond should not be trusted with an animal due to her incompetence in this case.

My advice to anyone considering using Brookhill Clinic is to enter at your own risk as Dr. Hammond cannot be trusted.

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

Yes, I never forget my pet's annual check-up thanks to them
