I think someone from the staff wrote the last review. I feel we were treated as a wallet and not respected at all. About the only thing that was true is the handicap ramp. Truly sad that they are not even concerned what happens to your pet when you leave their practice. Mine is doing much better after changing the medication. It was as simple as that and without every test in the world being done. Dr Carter needs to check her ego at the door and actually start caring about her clients!

I didn't have to wait for long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running on time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the long handicap-accessible side walk in the front, by the door there is a tree with stones with names of patient's who have passed, it was nice to see. I've never worried about them overbooking appointments, Dr. Carter always has plenty of time for me. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice. I'm thankful for all that they do. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. It was uset with how they were with my pet and I think that if they were a little more gentle my pet wouldn't have been so frightened. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Their pricing was outrageously high. I was shocked and appalled at how much the bill was when it was time to pay. The receptionist treats people with extreme disrespect! Like she would rather you not be there at all. They are confused and seem uneducated. The new owner is rude and egotistical. She also seems like there's somewhere else she would rather be.
