The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
