They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
