They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

This company is so poorly ran. Instead of helping things go easy they actually make things more difficult. For instance: I recently had a quadruple Bi-pass. I was sent home on oxygen after being in the hospital for 10 days. I am on a strict weight limit of not lifting more than 8 pounds. After being home for a week, I wanted to go out. The portable tank was to heavy for me to lift into a car, so I always needed help. I went to their website and it said they had a Portable concentrator , but when I called the office they said they didn t carry them. (Then remove it from your site!). I was told that they had a Oxygen concentrator , so I asked what I needed to get it. I was told to have my doctor fill out a script for an oxygen conserving device for a small portable rx and duration. I called my personal physician and his nurse sent in the script. This was on a Monday. Brenda and a few other ladies (I use that word loosely), sent the script back numerous times requesting additional information each time but never being specific about what was needed. Finally on Thursday, I called and they still had not gotten the script. I was told by my doctors office that it had been faxed over earlier. After having them check again and read every note on my account the got Brenda on the phone and she had the script. She said she would run it thru and they would call me with a delivery time. Hours later I got a call stating that they could deliver it tomorrow. I asked for today instead, which they finally said ok but it would be late in the day. So I finally got a portable and am happy not to deal with these women anymore. To sum this up: DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
