The service was great from beginning to end. They have more than enough staff that are very knowledgeable and qualified. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were excellent support & assistance. They were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really cared about seeing that my needs were met. The staff in their office is very knowledgeable about insurance coverage for equipment. They spent time with me explaining my insurance coverage to me. The only flaw I found was the restroom. It wasn't dirty, but it wasn't spotless either.

Got screwed on a scooter lift. David said he was giving me a good deal. After it was purchesed I looked online to find I over paid by hundreds of dollars. Not good business.
