At this time I am upset with this business. We had ordered a shower chair, I happen to call to see when we should receive the chair. Found out, it was to be there, but didn't know where it was at. She was to call the supplier and call me back. That was a Thursday. No call back. The following week I called back on a Friday. Still no answers and told no one got back to her. Now checking with Canada to see what is going on. This is Tuesday night, imagine this. I still not receive a call. I am checking into getting my supplies else where. Why do I have to keep calling them for this chair? This is their job to know where things are. Why won't they get back to me?
