Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They always made sure that I w asn't in any pain. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. Their equipment was old. Most of it was still in usable condition but I would have appreciated equipment that was at least current. This was a placed call, was hung up on by the service agent. Wanted to charge around $<url removed> for a $7.00 sling because that is what the insurance allows. When I asked about it, was told that is the price and there is nothing i can do about it.
