They have supplied 2 walkers from "Drive" manufacturer, both broke at the wheel. Now they say I have to pay out of pocket for another walker. The first walker broke walking over a speed bump; the 2nd walker broke when I sat down on the seat while watering plants next to my driveway.
Horrible customer service, management told the receptionist she didn't have to apologize to me for coming in to office for no reason, since they wouldn't replace the broken walker.
Was suppose to receive a call last week to set up a time for them to deliver a walker for my husband last week. Never called and called the office yesterday and they were suppose to call me back - didn't happen. Called again today and the office was going to check on the walker and to leave my telephone number again. She did call back and he was suppose to deliver the walker around 1:00 p.m. today. Haven't seen the delivery vehicle yet and it is after 2:00 p.m. Hoping it arrives today sometime. Senior Citizen, Florence, OR
