I have been in there very recently and have to say the woman manager was one of the friendliest most professional people I've ever dealt with. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I know what it's like to deal with large corporations so I don't blame the girls in the local office for not being able to provide me with what I needed. The ladies went above and beyond to work with me and to help me get the supplies that I was able to get. This office has had a lot of turnover and they need a lot more staff, they work so hard and have to deal with so many grumpy people in our little town. It's the only place in town that we can get our medical supplies so instead of being so quick to complain maybe we should be quicker to compliment and try to get them the help they need to help us as patients!
They have supplied 2 walkers from "Drive" manufacturer, both broke at the wheel. Now they say I have to pay out of pocket for another walker. The first walker broke walking over a speed bump; the 2nd walker broke when I sat down on the seat while watering plants next to my driveway.
Horrible customer service, management told the receptionist she didn't have to apologize to me for coming in to office for no reason, since they wouldn't replace the broken walker.
