have not cared for this company from the get go. have had nothing but issues. Was suppose to get a oxygen tester a week or 2 after the bi-pap to see if my oxygen level dropped while sleeping., took me 4 phone calls with promises it would go out in the mail soon. My sleep doctor had ordered this. Finally had to get nasty with him. Just called to order supplies since Ive had my bi-pap 3months now. Told them all I need are some nasal masks and filters.. $159. for these. Unreal. the box comes like the nest day and has the headgear too and new hose but there isnt any straps for the head gear. Call them and tell them I need the straps and they tell me its almost another $30.00 just for straps. I say to the man on the phone why so much for just straps hes says to me" mam its medical supplies if you were given Ibprofren it would be about $10 for 2." I said not in my world. This place is a joke and when Im done paying for my machine I will be moving on to another company.
They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
