EQUIPMENT DELIVERED LATE, BY MONTHS, AND THEN IN WRONG CONFIGURATION. I WAS INFORMED AFTER RECONFIGURED THAT CHAIR WOULD COST ME OUT OF POCKET $2000, REGARDLESS OF BEING COVERED BY TWO INSURERS.. I THOUGHT THIS WAS CO-PAY WHICH IS TWENTY PERCENT(20%}, MEANING CHAIR COSTS TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. I INFORMED THEM I WOULD PREFER TO HAVE OLD CHAIR REPAIRED ALSO ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS, VOILA!! NEW CHAIR WOULD COST ME NOTHING..
