There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
