It took 20 days and several promises for a Cpap machine with many stories before they told me they could not fill my order because I did not live in NH. I spoke with many departments and filled out forms over the 20 day period. It also took 6 phone calls and 3 faxes before they could confirm they had my information.
I had called every working day to track my order before being told they could not help me. What a waste of time.

to bad there isn't a zero star rating. I have a CPAP machine that I am having problems with. they will not return my calls. terrible customer service
