I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important.
