THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. Took forever to get someone to call me back for my initial meeting with respiratory therapist. They set me up with the prescribed CPAP and mask and then proceeded to send me the wrong supplies EVERY month. After numerous phone calls I could never get this resolved. They billed my insurance for the parts and never credited things back.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
