It's hard to believe that in a brand new location, particularly with the clientele that this company expects to serve, that there is no public restroom available.The staff was polite, the equipment that I bought was OK. But the equipment wasn't properly adjusted to my height by the staff, so I had to do it at home and needed to get some help to do it. The directions that the staff gave me to make any adjustments were incorrect, anyway. Disappointing.

I went in to purchase a bed railing for an adjustable bed. They sold me one that is not for an adjustable bed. I brought in my bank statement with the purchase information and the date of purchase and was told they need the actual receipt and it had been longer than 10 days anyways. It took longer than 10 day to get the bed in to find out it would not work.
