Horrible horrible service. I was a customer for few years and it was never easy getting a CPAP mask from them. I would call for one and it would never show up. An order would go in again and the same thing would happen. Some times it would take me a few months to get one. The last mask order I placed I was told that the post office changed their policies and they refuse to deliver masks in the mail. I had to drive over 30 min to get the mask at the office because it was never delivered. Once I changed to another company I found out that there is no difficulty getting a mask through USPS and that you should replace your mask every 3 months. I was never told by this company to replace the mask every 3 months. I just don't want anyone else to go through the frustration I went through.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
