Received a bill in the mail. I have never heard of this company and I have never used any respiratory home medical equipment. The bill does not state date of service and does not include a phone number in the letter head. ??? What kind of scam is this??
Also something on the "statement" is whited out?? To whom do I report this obvious fraud ?????
