Got my Initial Mask, hose, filters etc from them almost 2 years ago. Never heard from them for almost 2 years. Recent my head gear broke and was using filters almost 2 years old. Called local marion,Il office they gave me an 800 number to call to request supplies Called the 800 number , got a recording replied with needing a mask, cushion, head gear , filter. 2 weeks later received 3 filters, nothing eles. Went to local Marion, IL office explained my situation in needing supplies. They assured me someone would call me. Now its 10 days later. Im done with this place. Ill am ordering online from Cpapusa.com, That way i will be sure to get the supplies I need.
