Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I spoke to them 12/2010 about a ne2w cpap mask in which I was told they would contact my doctor for a new script and call me back. It is now june/2011 and I am still waiting fro a call back/
