Terrible customer service. I went in to get a $2 filter and left with a $196 bill because the staff encouraged me to buy supplies because my insurance would pay. What they failed to inform me was that I had to meet a $250 deductable before the insurance would pay, of which I only meet every 3 - 5 years. So I got a new hose of which my old hose was only 6 months old and was still like new, a new mask that just like the other 6 masks causes a blister to wear on my nose, and a $196 bill for nothing. I admit, I should be more familiar with my insurance requirements in order to keep crooks like this honest. They should not be quoting to customers what their insurance will pay unless they are going to tell the whole truth, or become more familiar with customers insurance in order to more accurately explain their benefits. Asked for a 50% share in this cost in order to keep by future business, and they sent me the entire bill and ignored my request, and ignored my complaint. Terrible concern for customer satisfaction, even when they are mostly to partly to blame for the issue.
They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I don't like salesmen calling me. I think I might get my Cpap supplies elsewhere.
I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
