Dec. 1012 - As an amputee, went to Shepherd's Seating Clinic a year ago with a good outcome. Then went to the Driving Clinic for hand controls - end result, no hand controls and then found out nine months later while shopping for cheaper car insurance that my driver's license was revoked as a result of going to the Driving Clinic. Now can't drive to a job (so am unemployed), church, grocery store, airport, vacation, etc. Being single with no family in my state, I had been very pro-active and self-sufficient. Shepherd threw me into a dark box and taped the lid shut. Never felt so isolated! Still crying.
