if one can use another provider, one should. I did not know any better as my Dr. referred me there. The initial visit went smoothly. Hence the 2 stars. But, after that point every follow up was no t properly addressed. The people answering the phone want to get you off their lines ASAP and are not interested in what you have to say. Worst, if it is a technical problem you will get the: I will contact the technician. Nothing comes out of that. When the equipment manufacturer is contacted they can see that incorrect set-up. In the meantime your issue still remains unresolved.
Home medical systems delivered a bedside toilet and the charged price was $<url removed>. This is MORE THAN 3 TIMES the amount charged by many other seller s including Target, Amazon, etc.--all with free shipping. Home medical seemed annoyed that I questioned the price--they said that medicare pays them more than $100 for this item, again , that others sell for $40-$<url removed>. If you want to know why healthcare is so expensive, use this as an example. I don't like to see anyone get ripped off--including insurance providers.
