My husband was sent to them and it has been a disaster from day one! THE EXCEPTION BEING THE RESPIRATORY THERAPIST WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Arriving at this location, we found the office in complete disarray, through the "receptionist window opening" you could see hundreds of old medical charts tossed in a pile over 3 feet high. The office reeked of the smell of mold/mildew and both my husband and I were affected my the stench.
There were deliverymen coming in and picking up bags and boxes of garbage and supplies, walking right past us while we sat in a small filthy waiting area .
We were escorted to the therapist office (which was much cleaner) and given instructions for the clap and then when done, were led to the office managers area.
No one was present, so we were offered a chair while we waited. After a while a representative came in and looked at our paperwork, then said she had to make a call. She put the call on speaker and ask a man that came in the room to listen for a response, and then she left the office. (I had to step outside to get some fresh air, as I have allergies to mold/mildew and had been coughing excessively). When I returned to the office, after sometime a voice came on the line and the man listening for the response spoke briefly to the person and then advised me to pick up the phone.
After a few seconds, the woman on the line told us to pay the man at the other desk. He didn't know how to process the payment, so immediately left the office to find someone to help. The original girl came back and completed the payment.
We were given instructions to call back if there were any problems.

Setup the machine that night as instructed however the nasal piece given to my husband was too big for his nostrils and it seemed to cause him more congestion, but he wore it the best he could. A call was made to GMR but the phone was answered by the corporate office, we were told their phones were down due to their moving to another office and to try back later.
For the next two days, we left messages but received no response.
A week later a man told my husband they would mail a smaller nasal piece.
Ten days and 3 additional calls later, NO RESPONSES AND NO NEW PIECE!
there is a 30 trial period for adjustments without additional charges, and we are approaching the 30 day mark.
Another call to GMR was made this morning, after 12+ rings, a voicemessage came up and we left another request for response.
We immediately called the pulmonologist office and reported the difficulty, left a message to call us.
We are now sending this message to Medicare fraud line as a follow up, this company has no business being a medical supplier!!!!!!!!
After 25+ years of nursing, I've never seen such incompetence and will be reaching out to find a more competent supplier for the future.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

It took me 6 months to get the mask I ordered, after having emailed to their main office. I just got a new mask to replace the old one that had stretched and didn't fit me anymore, and in addition to the mask they padded the order with a bunch of other things I never requested in order to get a big co-payment. Despite just getting that order, the company calls me daily with a recorded message stating "it's time for you to order supplies". What kind of records do they keep? I'll file a complaint to stop these unnecessary and annoying calls.
