Have been with this company for years and they cannot be depended upon. And sleep central (Rotec) is even a worse night mare. Even though they have in their records cushion sizes, they still send the wrong ones. Then we have to go into the process of returns and resubmitting the order. You have to call several times to main office in Marietta to get someone to start listening. My Dr. sent in the same orders two days in a row and they still could not find in their system! Well, it has to be there somewhere?? They take too much of my time and energy. I understand all such companies are bad. Sooo where do we go?? We are at their mercy!! It is terrible when the office manager has to do the work of ordering in order to get the order right. Now they are not allowing that service. So we are back with the same old wrong order system?
