Customer service team is good - if you can ever get to them. Contacting them requires repeated phone calls and providing tons of information just to leave a message for a call back. It is the most difficult process to order CPAP supplies that I have ever experienced. Have been working with them for more than 2 years now and every time we have to have supplies it is an ordeal.
