The waiting area is okay, but there is always a seat available. I've never had to stand. The office was easy enough to find but the parking can be hard to find. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
