I found another outfit. I had been with Apria since 4/2009. Got tired of being ignored. After I left them, I got an idea of why they've been so bad. The guy that came to my home (for my new outfit) used to work for them. He told me he was so glad to NOT work for them anymore. He said they would give him, say 18hrs of work per day to do, so there was no way he could service customer's adequately. After getting my new provider, I called them told them they have a release from my Pulmonologist, so they should stop by and pick up their equipment. They told me they would call Tues. or Wed., but never called. I'm now writing them and will be sending notification certified. I don't want to continue to be billed by these clowns.
