There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
