Extremely unhappy with this horrible company. A wheelchair was rented for my mother following a stroke and paid for through Medicare as a "rental". Beware: this company will charge YOU if your loved one passes away and you do not return any medical equipment on the same day as the death! That is what is happening to me and the acerbically referred to my mother's passing as "she expired" . There is no grace period and this is a horrible way to have to deal with such a tragic moment in one's life. Additionally, they are not charging me the same amount they contracted with Medicare; they are charging much, much more for keeping a wheelchair 11 days after my mother's death! I will NEVER recommend this company and will continue to express my displeasure about them on social media. Contacting the company provided NO resolution.

Very unhappy with company. Sold us something that one we didn't need nor was it adequate enough. They agreed to take it back with a 25% restocking fee . Took machine back and never heard from them. When we finally checked (MY Fault) no reimbursed to the credit card was made. When I called they claimed it was outside the 30 day window so no refund. No phone call, no email and the machine that they accepted was past the 30...why did they accept it then?. If we didn't discover this no one would be the wiser. Us out $2400 and they have the machine. I wonder who else they have taken advantage of over the past 40 yrs of business???? They claim to be honest and dependable...My experience with them is anything but. Don't trust them and get everything in writing.
