Horrible company. Totally unresponsive to clients. Prescription sent to them for a CPAP machine in Oct 2021. Still waiting for them to get in contact with me. I reached out 5 times, first 4 was sent to voicemail with no call back. Last time I insisted on staying on the phone one talking to someone, was rudely told I was on a list and someone would get with me.

That was in January.

Now I have to do another appointment with my doctor to get a referral to a different company.

Do not use this company if you can avoid it. They do not deserve anyone's business. I suspect since they get paid out from insurance companies, they do not really give a crap about the actual folks that need this medical equipment.

My son had Covid last year and came home with oxygen. All of the equipment was returned. They are constantly drafting my account, I've called and written them several times still to this day it has not been resolved. My son is well only was sick one week. Please STOP STEALING MY MONEY.
