Without hesitation I can Lincare has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Beyond that their management and record keeping are a total mess. After one full year and multiple visits to their offices I have been unable to get entered into their billing system, and get the necessary supplies for my medical equipment.
Best thing to do is find an alternative supplier and avoid dealing with them if possible.
